Authentic and traditional flavours

Visit the Jeantet family’s farm Prasupiaz to sample and buy FORMANDISIA dairy and milk products straight from the farm such as: Fontina PDO from mountain pastures, toma cheese with thyme, traditional herbal liqueur Genepy, chili pepper, or simply plain at varying levels of maturity; Formandisia cream cheese, primo sale sheep’s cheese, mild soft cheese, clarified butter, yogurt, panna cotta, whipped cream and many other specialties of Cogne Valley.

Prasupiaz farm is also agritourism.

The farms are located in Pra-su-Piaz in Valnontey and in Son-le-Prò in Cogne.
